How can I choose a color?

You can input your preferred color on the Order Notes at the bottom of the Shipping Address.

How would I know the status of my Order?

1. Log in to your account by clicking “LOGIN” on the menu option.
2. Click “ORDERS” to show the summary of all your orders.
3. Choose your current order by clicking the “VIEW” button.
4. You can see the current order status and any order updates.

Alternatively, you can message or email us at pos.digital_online@yahoo.com for your order updates.

Can I cancel my Order?

You can only cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed yet.
Cancel your order by contacting us here or by sending us an email at pos.digital_online@yahoo.com.

What are the Shipping Options?

Free Delivery – For orders above ₱5000.00 and Delivery Address is within Bacolod City.
Local Pickup on Stores – Where the ordered products may be available.
Delivery Fee:
                            1. Talisay – ₱100.00
                            2. Silay, Bago, Murcia – ₱150.00

Where do you Deliver?

We are currently delivering orders within Bacolod City, Talisay, Silay, Bago, and Murcia. Alternatively, you can pick up your order on our selected branches(where your ordered product(s) are available).

How can I avail free delivery?

If your order is above ₱5000.00 and the delivery address is within Bacolod City.

Can I order here and pick up the product to any POS Digital Store?

We are currently delivering orders within Bacolod City, Talisay, Silay, Bago, and Murcia. Alternatively, you can pick up your order on our selected branches(where your ordered product(s) are available).

How long before I receive my order?

Currently, we only deliver within Bacolod City, Talisay, Silay, Bago, and Murcia. Orders will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days.

The # of days start from the day after you receive an SMS/Call from us confirming about your order.

Are the products with 'In Stock' available in all POS Digital Stores?

No. All our Products are subject to availability.

What is the warranty period of the product(s)?

Warranty period is within 1 year for digital products and 7 days for accessories.
