How do I order a product/s?

Just visit our shop page and follow the steps outlined below:
  1. Browse for products
  2. Add selected product/s to your shopping cart
  3. Continue by inputting your details, selecting a payment option and checking out
  4. Receive an email with your order confirmation details

How would I know the status of my order?

Follow the steps outlined below:
  1. Log in to your account by clicking “LOGIN” on the menu option.
  2. Click “ORDERS” to show the summary of all your orders.
  3. Choose your current order by clicking the “VIEW” button.
  4. You can see the current order status and any order updates.

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed yet.
POS Digital will not accept cancellations due to change of mind or product/s not meeting your expectations. You can only cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed yet. Cancel your order by contacting us here or by sending us an email at pos.digital_online [at] yahoo.com.

What payment methods are available?

Product/s ordered can be paid either through:
  • Cash on delivery/pick-up
  • Paymaya
  • Paypal
  • Direct Bank Transfer (BDO)
  • Credit Card via ipay88 (0% installment is available for selected products)

Where do you deliver?

We are currently delivering orders within/near Bacolod City. Alternatively, you can pick up your order on our selected branches (where your ordered product/s are available). We also deliver outside Bacolod City but may take more time depending on the schedule of the local courier.

What are the shipping options?

  • Free Delivery – for orders ₱5,000.00 and above and delivery address within Bacolod City.
  • Local Pick-up on Stores – where the ordered products may be available.
  • Delivery Fee:
    • Talisay – ₱100.00
    • Silay, Bago, Murcia – ₱150.00

Can I order here and pick up the product/s at any POS Digital Store?

Yes. If available, product/s can be picked up at any of our stores. You may also send an email to pos.digital_online [at] yahoo.com if you have further inquiry.

How long before I receive my order?

Within 1 to 2 business days for orders within Bacolod City. For areas outside Bacolod City, an email will be sent with the order details including delivery schedule and tracking.

How can I avail free delivery?

Free delivery is available for orders ₱5,000.00 and above with delivery address within Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.

Are the products listed as 'In Stock" available in all POS Digital Store branches?

All products listed are subject to availability.

What is the warranty period of the product/s?

Warranty period is within one (1) year for digital products and seven (7) days for accessories.
